Your Role as Hospitality Experience Specialist

As a Hospitality Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring a transformative and positive experience for all who interact with our institute. You will be responsible for enhancing our guests' satisfaction and comfort through personalized interactions, efficient service, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the reception area and greet visitors with a warm and friendly approach
Coordinate and organize hospitality services, including reservation management, event planning, and guest accommodations
Provide guidance and support to guests, answering inquiries and providing necessary information
Assist in streamlining administrative processes, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of services and exceptional experiences
Conduct regular quality assurance audits to optimize service delivery and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar guest-facing role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and address guests' needs effectively
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing competing priorities
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
Knowledge of reservation systems and event planning software is highly desirable
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
