We are currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Arts Education Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality cultural experiences for young individuals.

About Us:

Uppsala Kulturskola - Cultural School's Friends is a forward-thinking organization that believes in the transformative power of art and culture. We work closely with local communities, schools, and cultural institutions to facilitate arts education programs for children and youth.

Your Role:

As the Arts Education Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and evaluating our arts education initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and coordinating a diverse range of workshops, courses, and events aimed at fostering creativity, collaboration, and cultural understanding.
Collaborating with local artists, educators, and community partners to bring innovative arts programs to life.
Overseeing program logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Developing assessment tools to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of our arts education programs.
Building and maintaining relationships with strategic stakeholders, including government organizations, nonprofit agencies, and funding bodies.

Your Qualifications:

A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as arts administration, education, or cultural management.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the arts, education, or nonprofit sector.
A strong passion for arts education and advocacy for the importance of cultural expression.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative programs and initiatives.
Excellent communication and networking skills to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
