About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping us identify, attract, and retain the best talent in the industry. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting candidate sourcing and screening
Managing the interview and selection process
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and external partners

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual with a passion for talent acquisition and an affinity for the film industry. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Previous experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the film or creative industries
Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing hiring needs
Fluency in English; knowledge of Icelandic is a plus
