Job Opening: Community Health Program Coordinator

As a Community Health Program Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our mission to promote health and well-being within North Carolina. This position requires someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for community service, and the ability to collaborate with diverse groups.

Your responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee community health initiatives focused on ensuring access to quality healthcare
Develop and implement strategies to address health disparities and social determinants of health
Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and healthcare providers to create impactful programs
Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Conduct outreach and education activities to raise awareness of health-related issues within underserved communities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, or a related field
Experience in program coordination or community engagement
Strong understanding of healthcare systems, community resources, and public health principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse populations
Proficiency in data collection and analysis
