Your Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage international construction and real estate projects across various regions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of projects while adhering to quality standards.
Identify and assess potential global business opportunities, conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders, partners, and clients.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring successful project completion within defined parameters.
Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among project teams situated in different geographical locations.
Stay up-to-date with global industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory requirements.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably with a focus on international projects in the construction or real estate sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and build effective relationships across cultures.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of organization.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
