Your Role

Collaborate with a diverse team of experts in research and development of cutting-edge beauty and healthcare products
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and demands
Participate in product conceptualization, formulation, and testing
Assist in creating product prototypes and conducting trials
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Monitor and evaluate product performance and provide recommendations for improvements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or related fields
Passion for innovation and keeping up-to-date with the latest beauty and healthcare trends
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Experience in product development or a related field is preferred
