Position: Eco-Adventure Specialist

Are you passionate about the environment and adventure tourism? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Eco-Adventure Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in curating and delivering exceptional outdoor experiences that combine adventure, education, and environmental awareness.

Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and lead eco-tours in collaboration with the Adventure Retreat team
Conduct environmental research to enhance the educational aspects of our tours
Guide and educate guests on the flora, fauna, geology, and geographical features of the region
Ensure guests' safety during outdoor activities and promote responsible practices
Maintain and update adventure equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and safety
Coordinate and liaise with local environmental organizations to support conservation initiatives
Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable practices within the company

Required Qualifications:

A degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field
Prior experience in adventure tourism and guiding outdoor activities
Proficient knowledge of the local ecosystems, geology, and natural features in Friuli-Venezia Giulia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for sustainability, conservation, and environmental education
