Responsibilities

Utilize your creativity and expertise to develop innovative strategies for talent acquisition
Proactively identify, assess, and recruit high-potential candidates who align with our values and vision
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates, universities, and industry professionals
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and techniques in talent acquisition and HR
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position TU/e Innovation Space as an employer of choice

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field
Proven track record in talent acquisition, preferably in an innovative or tech-focused environment
Strong understanding of HR principles and recruitment best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think outside the box and develop creative sourcing strategies
Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
