Responsibilities

Organize and manage Nature-inspired Dining Experiences within the botanical garden
Develop unique menus that highlight sustainable, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients
Create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, ensuring exceptional customer service
Collaborate with our team of garden experts to incorporate botanical knowledge into the dining experience
Supervise and train kitchen staff, leading by example to maintain high culinary standards

Requirements

Passion for nature and a good understanding of plants and botany
Proven experience as a chef or a similar role in the restaurant industry
Expertise in creating seasonal menus and utilizing locally sourced ingredients
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
