Job Responsibilities:

Identify and attract top-tier talent for various positions within our organization
Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates
Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Coordinate and conduct job fairs, career events, and networking activities
Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring managers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
Strong knowledge of various recruitment methods and tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting recruitment goals
