As a Career Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees' professional growth and development. Your main responsibilities will include:

Designing and implementing career development programs and initiatives
Conducting assessments to identify employees' skills, interests, and goals
Providing guidance and coaching to employees on career planning and advancement
Collaborating with managers to create individualized development plans
Organizing training workshops and seminars to enhance employees' skills
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of career development programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in career development, talent management, or related areas
Strong understanding of the entertainment industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with employees at all levels
