Kanta-Häme Society for Wildlife Conservation is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Wilderness Experience Curator. About the Role:

Develop and curate one-of-a-kind wilderness experiences for our visitors
Create immersive activities that showcase the beauty of Kanta-Häme's wildlife and natural surroundings
Collaborate with local partners to organize guided tours and excursions
Oversee the planning and execution of outdoor events and gatherings
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a nature-oriented environment
Passion for wildlife conservation and sustainable tourism
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in English and Finnish languages
