Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in attracting and acquiring top talent to support our growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract qualified candidates
Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit with our company culture
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recommendations
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels such as social media, industry events, and professional associations
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Proficient in using recruitment software and online platforms
