As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Meropa Communications, you will play a vital role in finding and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for the following:

Partnering with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
Conducting thorough screenings of potential candidates, including interviews and assessments, to ensure the best fit for our organization
Managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities, to expand our talent pool
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the communications or marketing industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to effectively use various recruitment tools and platforms
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Passion for finding and attracting top talent
