As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Meropa Communications, you will play a vital role in finding and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Conducting thorough screenings of potential candidates, including interviews and assessments, to ensure the best fit for our organization
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities, to expand our talent pool
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the communications or marketing industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively use various recruitment tools and platforms
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for finding and attracting top talent
