Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source, evaluate, and interview candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques
Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job listings to negotiating and extending employment offers
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, universities, and professional organizations
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers in candidate selection and onboarding
Conduct regular data analysis and reporting on recruitment activities to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
Proficient in applicant tracking systems and HR software
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture
