Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the position
Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions
Create and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance

Requirements:

Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends
Exceptional sourcing and networking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
HR certification and/or relevant degree is preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
