Position: Talent Development Specialist

We are currently looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Talent Development Specialist. As a key member of our club, you will play a crucial role in nurturing our existing talent and attracting new archery enthusiasts. In this position, your responsibilities will include:

Implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse candidates
Conducting interviews and assessments to identify individuals with exceptional archery skills and potential
Developing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our existing members
Organizing workshops and seminars to promote continuous learning and personal growth
Providing ongoing support and guidance to our archery athletes
Collaborating with coaches and team leads to create a cohesive and inclusive team environment

Qualifications

We value a strong passion for archery and a genuine interest in talent development. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Proven experience in talent development, preferably in a sports-related context
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Understanding of different archery techniques and equipment
Strong organizational skills to manage training programs and events
