Coordinate candidate assessment tests, background checks, and reference inquiries.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from creating job postings to extending employment offers.
Collaborate with HR team members to maintain recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and related documentation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the advanced technology field.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the advanced technology sector.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and attracting top talent.
Strong knowledge of advanced technology roles, such as software engineers, data scientists, network architects, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sourcing and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
