Job Opening:
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Project Development Professional. In this role, you will play a key role in the planning, coordinating, and execution of construction projects throughout the region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential development opportunities within the construction industry
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to develop project plans
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis to evaluate project viability
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Oversee the permitting and regulatory compliance processes
- Ensure project quality and adherence to safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in project development within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and permits
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Fluency in English and French is required
