Job Opening:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Project Development Professional. In this role, you will play a key role in the planning, coordinating, and execution of construction projects throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

Identify and assess potential development opportunities within the construction industry
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to develop project plans
Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis to evaluate project viability
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
Oversee the permitting and regulatory compliance processes
Ensure project quality and adherence to safety standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Proven experience in project development within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of building regulations and permits
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Fluency in English and French is required
