We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Cultural Communications Specialist, a role specifically designed to strengthen our cultural communications efforts.

About the Role:

Develop and implement multicultural communication strategies to promote understanding and collaboration among our diverse workforce.
Create engaging content, both written and visual, for various internal and external communication channels.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging and cultural sensitivity in all communications.
Organize and participate in events or initiatives that promote multiculturalism and inclusion within the company and the community.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our cultural communications campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing multicultural communication strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in various communication tools and platforms.
A deep understanding of cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt messages accordingly.
Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
