About the Role:

As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in our organization's success by attracting, nurturing, and developing top talent. You will work closely with our leadership team to design and implement effective talent acquisition and development strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screenings, interviews, and offer negotiations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and understand staffing needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and educational institutions
  • Create and deliver innovative training and development programs
  • Assess training needs and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or talent development roles
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems
