Your Role:

Identify, attract, and recruit top-tier candidates from diverse backgrounds for our various job openings.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to reach a wide range of candidates.
Create a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the selection process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.

Your Profile:

Previous experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a horticulture or related industry.
Demonstrable knowledge of recruitment best practices and diversity strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in related HR software and tools.
