Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to attract, assess, and recruit top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and develop job descriptions
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks
Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified professionals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability
Manage the selection process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and making job offers
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to ensure effective recruitment practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and modern sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
