Position Overview:

As a Project Development Specialist, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of our expansion projects, ensuring the successful delivery of construction and real estate initiatives across our locations in England. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and project teams to drive projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

Lead project planning, including feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments.
Prepare and review project documentation, budgets, and schedules.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project designs meet quality and regulatory standards.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative working environment.
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

Extensive experience in project development, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
