As a Hospitality Specialist at Bridgestone Americas, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your main responsibilities will include:

Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Providing outstanding customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
Assisting with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Coordinating and organizing events and special occasions
Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the hospitality area

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work well under pressure and have a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the Restaurant/Hotel industry is highly desirable.
