Life Institute, located in the beautiful region of Asturias, Spain, is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Diversity and Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our organization's future through strategic human capital management.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse range of candidates
Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-notch talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and perform job analysis
Design and conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and recruitment agencies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and diversity management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience in diversity and talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational setting
Strong knowledge of current diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using various candidate sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
