We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Corporate Communications Coordinator to join our Communication/Media department.

About the Role

In the role of Corporate Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote Canad Inns' brand and key messaging.
Creating compelling content for various communication channels, including social media, press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.
Monitoring and evaluating communication efforts, and providing regular reports and analysis to management.
Managing media relations, including building and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets.
Assisting with crisis communication and handling sensitive issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a relevant field.
Previous experience in corporate communications, media relations, or a related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
