To continue our mission, we are seeking a talented and dedicated individual for the position of Talent Development Specialist.

About the Role:

As a Talent Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and nurturing talented individuals who are eager to make a difference in the lives of others. Your role will involve:

Collaborating with department managers to understand their talent needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
Developing and implementing innovative recruitment and selection processes to ensure the right people are brought into the organization.
Building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, job boards, and other recruitment channels to enhance our talent pipeline.
Designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to develop the skills and capabilities of our employees.
Creating and monitoring career development plans to support employees' growth within the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of best practices in recruitment, employer branding, and talent development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the community.
