To continue our mission, we are seeking a talented and dedicated individual for the position of Talent Development Specialist.
About the Role:
As a Talent Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and nurturing talented individuals who are eager to make a difference in the lives of others. Your role will involve:
- Collaborating with department managers to understand their talent needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Developing and implementing innovative recruitment and selection processes to ensure the right people are brought into the organization.
- Building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, job boards, and other recruitment channels to enhance our talent pipeline.
- Designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to develop the skills and capabilities of our employees.
- Creating and monitoring career development plans to support employees' growth within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of best practices in recruitment, employer branding, and talent development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the community.
