Job Position: Talent Development Specialist

As a Talent Development Specialist at Belen Consolidated Schools, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the growth and development of our dedicated staff. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our teachers and administrators have the necessary resources and training to excel in their positions.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement professional development initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the school district.
Identify and assess the professional development needs of our staff through surveys, evaluations, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with department heads and administrators to create individualized professional development plans for employees.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Evaluate the effectiveness of professional development programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development and adult learning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, human resources, education, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent development, training, or a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
