Position: Customer Wellness Advisor

As a Customer Wellness Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and personalized experiences to our clients. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers in achieving their beauty and well-being goals. You will offer expert advice on a range of products and services, delivering individualized recommendations that align with customers' unique preferences and needs.

To excel in this role, you should possess deep knowledge of the Beauty/Healthcare sector, allowing you to confidently analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, ensuring you can offer cutting-edge advice and promote our products effectively.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their personal beauty and wellness objectives
Recommend tailored solutions, products, and services based on individual needs
Provide detailed information about our range of offerings, features, and benefits
Perform consultations, assessments, and demonstrations when necessary
Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Beauty/Healthcare industry
Strong understanding of beauty and wellness products and their effective application
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Active listening abilities to address customer concerns and queries
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
Ability to adapt and respond to changing customer preferences and market trends
Fluency in English and German
