Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and professional organizations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers regarding recruitment best practices and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all recruitment-related documentation and maintain organized records.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
