Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Stay updated with industry trends and market insights to drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry
Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and tools
