As an Advanced Technology Construction Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our cutting-edge construction projects. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets are met.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to oversee all aspects of construction, including planning, design, permitting, and inspections.
Implement advanced technologies and innovative construction methods to drive efficiency and sustainability in project execution.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks.
Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Manage and negotiate contracts with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the construction process, addressing any challenges that may arise.
Maintain accurate documentation, including project reports, financial records, and change orders.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating new technologies and best practices into construction strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing complex construction projects, ideally within the zoological or botanical garden sector.
Strong knowledge of advanced construction technologies and techniques.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and project management tools.
Understanding of sustainability practices and green building concepts.
Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
