We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team at Namur Community Theater in Namur, Belgium. As a Global Talent Strategist, you will play a key role in driving our organization's people strategy and ensuring our workforce aligns with our global expansion goals.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to expand our talent pool.
Implement innovative sourcing techniques to engage with passive candidates internationally.
Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition.
Analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or related field.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies.
Strong understanding of global business dynamics and cultural diversity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient in using HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
