Job Position: Eco-Friendly Culinary Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and sustainable recipes that utilize local, organic ingredients
- Develop and implement eco-friendly practices in food preparation and waste management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with local farmers and suppliers to source sustainable produce
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in sustainable culinary techniques
- Conduct research on sustainable food trends to enhance our culinary offerings
- Manage inventory efficiently to reduce food waste
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a culinary role, preferably in an eco-friendly establishment
- Passionate about sustainable cooking and reducing environmental impact
- Knowledge of environmentally friendly food preparation techniques
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
