Job Description:

As a Career Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in guiding employees' career paths. You will be responsible for providing educational and training opportunities to enhance their skills and promote their growth within the organization. By identifying employees' strengths and goals, you will develop strategies to align their aspirations with available career paths.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department managers to assess employees' career development needs
Design and deliver educational programs, workshops, and training sessions
Assist employees in identifying their career goals and creating personalized development plans
Provide coaching and guidance to facilitate employees' professional growth
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in career development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
Proven experience in career counseling, employee training, or related roles
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and career development theories
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess individual learning needs and develop tailored development plans
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and learning management systems
