Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and budgetary regulations.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Monitor project progress, schedule, and resources to ensure timely completion.
Implement and enforce industry best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Prepare and review project documentation, including plans, specifications, and contracts.
Analyze project risks and devise mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams.
Proficient in using project management software and tools.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
