Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Job Summary:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and budgetary regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress, schedule, and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Implement and enforce industry best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Analyze project risks and devise mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
