Role Description:

As a Technology Innovation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving technological advancements within our organization, enabling us to better serve our clients in the Government/Nonprofit sector. Your responsibilities will include:

Researching and evaluating emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
Developing and implementing technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of government or nonprofit services.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic projects.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with technological initiatives.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

A bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent practical experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with cloud computing platforms, data analytics, or machine learning is a plus.
