Responsibilities:
- Design and create artisanal pottery pieces
- Manage and maintain pottery tools and equipment
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop new designs
- Ensure quality control and timely completion of pottery projects
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pottery specialist or related role
- Proficiency in various pottery techniques, including throwing, glazing, and firing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a multicultural team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Passion for creativity and a desire to continuously learn and grow
