Position: Project Development Manager

Location: Galicia, Spain

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the development of key construction projects from inception to completion
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects
Prepare and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project development within the Construction/Real Estate industry
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Fluency in English and Spanish
