Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join us as a Community Engagement Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our community through effective communication and media strategies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to raise awareness of our organization's mission and programs
Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, press releases, and website
Collaborate with local media outlets to enhance visibility and coverage of our initiatives
Manage relationships with community partners, volunteers, and stakeholders
Organize and promote events, fundraisers, and campaigns to support our programs
Monitor and analyze communication efforts, providing recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and executing successful communication strategies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in the non-profit sector is an asset
