Job Description

We are looking for a talented professional who can create and promote harmony within our organization while ensuring the well-being of our employees. As a Wellness Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing wellness initiatives that fuel a positive and healthy work environment
Collaborating with various departments to enhance employee wellness programs and activities
Designing and delivering engaging workshops and training sessions on maintaining work-life balance, stress management, and healthy habits
Coordinating fitness classes, mindfulness sessions, and other wellness events
Providing confidential advice and support to employees on wellness-related matters

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

A passion for promoting wellness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of various wellness techniques and practices
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Experience in coordinating wellness programs is desirable but not mandatory
