- Lead and coordinate the entire project development process, from concept to delivery
- Identify and evaluate potential development opportunities
- Manage external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in project development within the Construction/Real Estate industry
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Highly analytical with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
