Position: Eco-Food Experience Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sustainable dining experiences that showcase local and organic ingredients
- Collaborate with local farmers and suppliers to source eco-friendly products
- Create innovative menus that cater to various dietary preferences and restrictions
- Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory, budget, and waste reduction initiatives
- Train and educate staff on sustainable practices
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry
- Passion for sustainable and ethical food practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Fluency in English and French
