Position: Eco-Food Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Design and implement sustainable dining experiences that showcase local and organic ingredients
Collaborate with local farmers and suppliers to source eco-friendly products
Create innovative menus that cater to various dietary preferences and restrictions
Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction
Manage inventory, budget, and waste reduction initiatives
Train and educate staff on sustainable practices

Requirements:

Prior experience in the hospitality industry
Passion for sustainable and ethical food practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Fluency in English and French
