About the role:

As the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Administrator, you will play a vital role in cultivating a culture of inclusivity at our medical center. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing policies and initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion
Collaborating with various departments to create training programs on unconscious bias, cultural competence, and equal opportunity
Conducting regular assessments and audits to evaluate our diversity and inclusion efforts
Partnering with community organizations to foster relationships and support underrepresented populations
Providing guidance to management on diversity-related matters

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Social Sciences, or Business Administration)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to diversity and equal employment opportunity
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrated passion and commitment to diversity and inclusion
