Your Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top talent through innovative recruitment strategies
- Design and implement comprehensive talent development programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to determine future talent needs
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, industry associations, and recruitment agencies
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in talent development, preferably in the sustainable mobility industry
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
