Position: Project Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of various construction projects from concept to completion
Coordinate with design and engineering professionals to create detailed project plans
Manage and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Oversee the selection and management of contractors and subcontractors
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project needs and goals
Provide timely updates on project progress and address any issues or delays
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
