Your Role as Guest Experience Manager

Creating Memorable Experiences: You will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service that exceeds our guests' expectations. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure that each guest's visit is unforgettable.
Managing Operations: Your managerial skills will shine as you oversee all aspects of daily operations, including guest relations, staff training, reservations, and maintaining high standards of quality in all departments.
Training and Development: You will implement training programs to continuously enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, ensuring that they are equipped with all the tools necessary to deliver outstanding service.
Gathering Feedback: As part of our commitment to excellence, you will proactively seek guest feedback, ensuring that any concerns are swiftly addressed and valuable suggestions are implemented.
Building Relationships: Cultivating strong relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers is crucial to success in this role. You will foster a positive and collaborative work environment while maintaining a professional image.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position within the luxury hospitality industry, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership abilities with a natural flair for motivating and inspiring team members toward achieving their best.
Communication: Superior interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect with guests and colleagues at all levels.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think quickly and find effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Languages: Fluent in English, French, and German. Proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous.
