Your Role:

Identify and attract high-quality candidates using various recruitment strategies and techniques.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, universities, and professional networks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit within the organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, and offer negotiation.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, talent acquisition best practices, and industry developments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Prior experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Proactive mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and objectives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
