Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for our organization.
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates, ensuring a thorough and fair recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
Create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other sources to enhance our talent pipeline.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
Assist with onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Your Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Previous experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
